Where East Meets West

Dubai has become known as a city of contrasts, where the traditional and modern blend harmoniously. Started out as a fishing village, it has been transformed into a highly modern vibrant city and cosmopolitan society in less than a century. 

The Islamic and Arab culture and tradition in the UAE are very prominent. In contrast, Dubai skyline competes to be the biggest, brightest and tallest of the world. Here are the two of Dubai's skycrapers: 

Burj Khalifa (aka Burj Dubai) has been the world's tallest building since 2010.

The Address Downtown Dubai (aka The Address Downtown Burj Dubai) is the 11th tallest completed building in Dubai.
