Quit Staring at My . . .

. . . Boobs?! Hell, no! I don't have such I mean you can hardly see any bumps there as they are way too small to see. LOL

I'm talking about my face, not because it's pretty or anything of that sort but because of the severe scars from acne that Ive dealt and been dealing with like forever.

Bad skin, it's ugly I know but I'm a hundred percent sure it's not your first time to see a face plagued with deep craters and jagged peaks (there I've said it). So, hey, stop staring at it like you've seen the moon up-close!

Stares  -- it awakens my insecurities and makes me more vain. I know, I know beauty fades and good skin wrinkles someday. What the hell! I wont sit, wait around and watch those pimples wear my face off. I've been doing my best to "save" my face and improve it.

I've been doing all the "alternatives" since I cannot afford a simple trip to my dermatologist right now.

I am using two good skin products -- Physiogel Cleanser, a soap free, hypoallergenic cleanser that can be used with or without water and Skintology Micro Diamond Scrub, the more convenient and less costly alternative to microdermabrasion.

I began drinking liters of water which I failed to do when I was younger and swallowing vitamin E capsule daily.

For weeks, I've been:
  • drinking lemon juice 2-3 times a day instead of taking vitamin C supplements
  • applying lemon juice on my face and rinsing it with warm then cold water after 30 minutes every morning and evening
Also, I've been leaving lemon juice on my face overnight since Thursday  (I've heard it's more effective). I believe in "He who works, gets compensated." and I persevere therefore I expect rewards. Wait and see, will let you know the results after 2 weeks ;-)
