Burqini - Would You Wear It?

Burqini has existed since seven years ago so I guess y'all know what it is. In case you don't and you haven't seen it -- it's the swimsuit that resembles a scuba diving suit. Here take a look...

 Burqa + Bikini = Burqini

The swimwear is designed by a Lebanese-born Australian Aheda Zanetti.  She was inspired to begin a search for sportswear  for Muslim women while watching her niece playing netball in a traditional Hijab. And the rest, as they say, is history.

Just like burqa, burqini has cause stir in Europe and been banned specifically in France and Italy for "sanitary" reasons.

On the other hand, burqini is not oly for Muslim women. Any woman can buy and wear it for better sun protection or for hiding cellulite or scars or too conservative to wear the regular beach attire. If you have any other reasons to cover up, burqini is just right for you. Besides wearing it won't make you less fashionable, you can choose from a variety of styles, colors and patterns.
