Summer here is over -- I didn't make it to the beach because it is sooo very hot here and humid and sticky... yuck!
It's been 2 years since I went swimming at the beach, how sad is that? I haven't had any chance to strut my bikini bod this summer and last summer, LOL *kidding*
In the Gulf country where I've been, I enjoyed my simple trips at some beaches there - swimming or tanning or whatever and wearing beach attire are allowed there. But just like anywhere else in the world, there is always a limit to your choice. Certain clothes are acceptable like the beach attire needs to cover up the most "offensive" parts, topless sunbathing and any form of nudity even for children are big NO-NOs. In addition to that, you can't walk in the public places in bikini once you leave the beach/pool/water park area because aside from attracting unwanted attention it is also offending the country's public decency and is punishable by law as it is disrespecting the local culture.
Here's a glimpse of me on one of the beaches in the Gulf (2007/2008 photos)...
You ain't seen nothing yet :p ✿
